Payment Policy

To secure a spot in our pet sitting or dog walking schedule, full prepayment is required for all quotations. Your reservation will be finalized only after we receive the payment. Once confirmed, your booking will be added to our schedule, and a get-to-know appointment will be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

• Dog Walking Service (On Demand): A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations before the scheduled service day. If the required notice is not given, the client will be charged for the walk.

• Dog Walking Service (Monthly Package): Monthly dog walking is a pre-paid service and expires at the end of each month. Any cancelled visits are not subject to a refund or discount.

• Pet Sitting Service: A two-week notice is required for cancellations before the first scheduled visit. Cancellations within two weeks of the first visit will incur a 50% charge.

 

Safety

A consultation is required before any Pet Sitting or Walk service. During the time of assessment, the clients are required to answer truthfully and to the best of their ability questions asked by our team. We maintain the right to refuse service.
